Summary: When I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and accommodating. I arrived two hours before check in, and he had no problem checking me in early as my room was ready. It was quiet through out the night. We had one hiccup with our shower not working properly, however, they were so nice about the situation and resolved it almost immediately. I appreciate and thank them for that. Breakfast was better than most run of the mill hotels. Staff was very friendly and courteous in the morning. I will be staying here again.

Summary: Really nice hotel with great staff and exceptional breakfast. My only problem was the indoor pool had ALOT of hair just floating around also outside of the pool had chunks of hair as well, other wise my stay was good and would be back.

Summary: The stay and the service were great. However, there were a lot of little flies in the room which made it a little difficult to fully enjoy our stay. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

Summary: My only complaint is that house keeping is very erratic. Didn’t expect them every day but someone came in every day. One day they only made one of the beds and replaced towels, next day no beds were made and new towels were left but the old ones weren’t taken, next day both beds were made and towels taken and replaced but no bath mat was left. Coffee station was never refilled. So strange. Other than that everything was wonderful! Very clean, great staff, close to attractions… will stay here again

Summary: Front desk employees were great. Very friendly and professional and helful.housekeeping were not friendly at all and almost to the point of rude. Had to ask for tissues and toilet paper at front desk

Summary: Excellent all around- location, garden, pools, rooms and discount for magic show. The breakfast is a buffet with many items to choose from. Have stayed here several times and we highly recommend it!

Summary: We just wanted to get away for a night ! We had a suite mostly for the king size bed and jacuzzi tub! It was wonderful ! Clean and spacious! Quiet and the staff was wonderful!!

Summary: It seems like the hotel is in the process of modernizing itself. Some areas have been updated while other areas still need some upgrades. Overall, a very nice place to stay with the family. The breakfast buffet is very professionally run and well stocked with new items through our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a favorite for Lancaster County.

Summary: We were on a road trip that wasn't going very well (with one mishap after another). We begged for early check-in and the staff did everything they could to accommodate us. When we got there we were greeted by Stephanie, who was very friendly, helpful, and informative. We LOVED everything except the pools. The indoor pool was FREEZING & the outdoor pool could have been a bit cleaner. We were told the indoor pool was heated and it was colder than the ocean in New England in January!
